Walkers and Runners: 30 mile route 0800
Walkers and Runners: 24 mile route 0800-0900
Walkers and Runners: 6 mile route 0930-1400
Entry limited to 300 participants.
Tea, coffee, squash and biscuits will be available before the start.
Light refreshments and cold drinks at checkpoints.
Pasty with hot or cold drinks at the finish for 30 and 24 mile entrants.
Ice cream with hot and cold drinks for 6 mile entrants.
Certificate presented to all finishers.
PLEASE BRING A MUG AS NONE ARE PROVIDED.
A full route description and GPX file will be available about ten days before the event.
Please print a copy of route description as none will be provided on the day.
Parents or guardians accompanying children under 18 must sign a parental consent form available to download from the website.
Although a summer walk entrants should ensure they carry sufficient kit to undertake the challenge in the prevailing conditions.
Waterproof clothing, adequate footwear, hat, sun block, additional food, water bottle, map and compass, basic first aid are suggested.
