Time: 09:00
Meeting place: The Climbers Shop, Ambleside, LA22 9DS
Details:
- 09:00 - Meet and greet
- 09:15 - Around 1.5 hours theory on the Keswick Mountain Festival festival site, Crow Park
- 10:45 - Break for Snack - likely have lunch on the fell
- 11:00 - 4 hour plus practical navigation session navigating on trail based around Rothay Park, Loughrigg and Silver Howe
- 15:15 - Course closes (be prepared to overrun slightly)
The course is based around the trails and fells of the Ambleside Fells. Conditions dependant.
