Rosemullion 10k is part of the Cornwall Multi Terrain Race Series. The race starts and finishes at the Carwinion Playing Field in Mawnan Smith. The route is mostly off road, taking in local footpaths, coast path round Rosemullion Head and the entrance of the Helford River, tracks, fields and country lanes. A scenic course with some great views!
Race starts at 10am with prize giving at approximately midday.

Under 35, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74 75+
Race day information will be emailed out approximately a week before the race, giving more details about parking and what will be available at the venue. Updates will also be posted on our Rosemullion 10k Facebook page.
