MOR Local Event: Brodie Castle and AGM
Moravian welcomes you to our AGM event at the wonderful Brodie Castle. We have exclusive use of the grounds and hope for some late summer sunshine to have our AGM, which will be outside. After the orienteering and AGM, please visit the National Trust cafe and perhaps a look around the Castle.
Car Parking is available at the Brodie Castle car park (w3ws:///cargo.newer.apron). Please note that the National Trust charge £5 for parking which lasts all day. National Trust members are able to park for free.
The event will be based around the estate grounds at Brodie Castle. The start and finish will be a short distance from the Castle. The Castle grounds offer a mixtures of parkland, estate tracks and small forested areas. Registration (w3ws:///panic.ruffling.edges).
Three courses on offer: Yellow, Orange and Light Green.
The event is open to everyone, but we ask for anyone who is new to orienteering to ensure that they enter a course appropriate for their level of experience. Please see the British Orienteering website for more information. https://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/newcomers_guide
Parents following children do not need to enter.
Starts between 10:30 am and 12:00 pm, with courses closing at 1:30 pm. The AGM will follow as soon as possible after the event, for which all Moravian members are invited to attend.
Online entries until Wednesday 21st August at standard prices. Entries after this date and limited Entry on the Day until 11:30 am, subject to an additional £1 charge and map availability.
