This is a must for any aspirant Paddy Buckley runner, if you want a fantastic day running in the mountains of Snowdonia or want a day with oodles of height gain for an upcoming race. For those looking to complete the round, it will give you an intimate knowledge of this leg and the runners lines you can take providing excellent training in the run up to your attempt.  

The Paddy Buckley Round is in the heart of Snowdonia National Park in North Wales covering 61 miles, crossing 47 peaks with over 8,500m of height gain.  It is one of the UK’s big three rounds and this is an opportunity for you to recce the Beddgelert Forest (A4085) to Llanberis part of the round.

We will be running in small groups and this leg is 20km with 1,900m of height gain. 

Guided by experienced runners with  Mountain Leader qualifications who have an intimate knowledge of the route and can offer advice and guidance for your attempt. You can make the most of their expert knowledge and experience building technical ability and confidence as you go.
