THE FINAL DETAILS HAVE NOW BEEN ISSUED BY EMAIL TO ALL THAT HAVE ENTERED. THEY ARE ALSO AVAILABLE... WE DO HAVE A NUMBER OF MAPS AVAILABLE FOR LATE ENTRIES AND ENTRIES ON THE DAY (UNTIL THEY RUN OUT!) IT IS STILL BEST TO USE THIS ON LINE ENTRY SYSTEM EVEN IF ENTERING ON THE DAY! ON LINE ENTRIES REMAIN OPEN ONLY UNTIL THE MAPS RUN OUT. Can be done solo, in a pair, or as a team of 3 or more. Each participant needs to put in an individual entry EXCEPT juniors under 18 who can go for free with a paying adult. Juniors up to age 18 can go for free but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 21. Juniors aged 16 and above can run alone with parental permission. A waterproof map of the course is provided to ALL participants.

Tuesday evening Sunset Spunch Event exploring Bramhall's lovely green spaces from the Crown & Conspirator - 60/90 min score course options. Bag drop, Loos, Start, Finish, Food & Drink all at the venue - 26 Bramhall Lane, SK7 1AF. Just 5 mins walk from Bramhall Train Station.
Part of the Sunset Spunch Series - making the most of the evening daylight before the clocks go back.
Just 10-15 mins from M60 & M56 South Manchester junctions. About 20 mins from M6 J19/20. Ample parking nearby.

Just 5 mins walk from Bramhall Train Station - Well served by convenient trains from Manchester Piccadilly & Stoke-on-Trent (and all stops in between and so easily accessible by train from Stockport, Cheadle Hulme, Poynton, Adlington, Prestbury, Macclesfield, Congleton & Kidsgrove too).
Navigating with a 1:10,000 enhanced OO Map.
Run, jog or walk - suitable for road runners, trail runners, park runners, fell runners, adventure runners, orienteers, walkers, and newcomers alike. 2k to 15k, the choice is yours! Great for families and friends to do together. Suitable for all ages and abilities - lots of help available for newcomers. Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times.
Start at your convenience anytime between 5pm & 630pm (90 minute course). Between 530pm & 630pm (60 minute course). Registration open from 5pm.
Sunset time 18:27. Civil twilight til 19:02. (Will you get back before dark? Bring a torch / head torch if not!)
Visit as many checkpoints as you can in the time available, S-punching using the MapRun app on your smartphone, Garmin or Apple Watch.
A new Spunch venue giving easy access to Bramhall's green corridors and parks. Bramhall Park, Happy Valley, the Ladybrook Trail, the Fred Perry Way and some cheeky little urban snickets in between! Could be tricky in the fading light.
Great food and drink available from the pub after your run / walk including a Spuncher's Special Moroccan Tagine (meat or veg options) for just a £10'er.
