(non-refundable deposit of £3 per person entered) *BO, IOA or IOF Clubs **If you are entering a family of individual runners and it comes to more than the max charge then please contact the organiser after you have paid for the individual Senior, or Junior/Student entries and we will refund the difference. Parents accompanying children go free. For families and friends going round together, you only need to enter one name per map & SI Card is required. You can amend the "group name" at Registration on the day if you want. Entry on the Day will be charged at non-member rates and places will be limited by the number of spare maps. |

Parking is free at Cairn Wood but SPACE IS LIMITED. Please car share if possible and/or use free parking at Dundonald Park & Ride to meet up (see Google Map).
Registration – Not required if using own SI Card - proceed directly to start. Hire cards can be collected from the Organiser at the regisration car. Registration and download are from a car.
Starts – Mass start at 11:35 beside the car park.
Finish & Download: After finishing proceed to the download car.
Withdrawals and Refunds: Any requests for refunds submitted before the closing date for each event will be minus £3 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
Event Cancellation: In the event that regulations change and we have to cancel an event we will refund the entry fee minus £3 per person to cover our non-recoverable costs.
