An exciting series of 4 mid-week evening races set over 2 weeks with individual and spot prizes. Includes the East Midlands Club Challenge to win the Steve Shanks Memorial Trophy. Take advantage of our early-bird offer with 4 races for the price of 3 (until 18th May).
Water at the end of each race, chip start and finish timing, live results, social awards evening at The HPP Rugby Club after the last race.
T-shirts can be pre-ordered upto18th May for anybody entering one or more races.
All races start at 7:15pm and are under UKA rules:

The four events are inclusive to all runners with no time cutoffs; all abilities are welcome. They’re brilliant, friendly events whether you’ve been racing for years, are new to running or looking for a next step after Parkrun or "Couch to 5K". All of the courses are on road or hard-packed paths with a small amount of grass at Rushcliffe. They are largely flat (which are perfect for going for a PB).
Prizes
East Midlands Club Challenge: best placed running club with over 10 entries in all four races (min of 5 female scores per race per team). The entrants do not have to be the same 10 runners across all races. Clubs do not need to set up their teams on the entry form, we will pull out the top 10 results.
Individual prizes across all age categories for women and men (Open: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male/Female, then 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+ Male/Female). There will be no multi-prizes in 2025, i.e. 1st, 2nd and 3rd M and F will not be eligible for additional age category prizes.
Spot prizes at each race and a raffle on the last night at the social event.
T-Shirts
Runners who enter one or more races will be able to buy a t-shirt at the price of £9.00 each. These can be pre-ordered up to 18th May, are in recycled Neoteric™ fabric, and come in unisex or ladies/slim fit. T-shirts will be available for collection at all races.

Zephyr's provides nurturing support for those touched by pregnancy loss or the death of a baby or child. Zephyr’s work is community focused, enabling bereaved people to find support and connection in each other. Their offer of specialist counselling is strengthened by the creative and holistic approach to nurturing their community. Zephyr’s activities and workshops include crafts, group support sessions, forest school sessions for families, yoga, woodworking and wellbeing walks.
Practical Info
Plenty of parking and toilets are available at each race and the events are well supported with enthusiastic and encouraging marshals and spectators. Race numbers/bibs are available for collection on the night. Ensure you leave plenty of time to park, collect your number, warm up, etc. (bring safety pins if you have any spare). Please note that you’ll need to keep your number for all of the races you take part in. Ear phones (including bone conducting) are not allowed due to EA Regulations: some events are on or close to roads and it's important to be able to communicate to runners during an emergency situation.
The social awards evening will be held after the race on the last night at the HPP Rugby Club from 7:30 to 10:30, with the option to purchase food and drinks. Here we will give out the prizes. There will also be a raffle that all runners can enter by submitting their race bibs.
Limited on-the-day entries will be available for £20 (but entrants are not eligible to win series prizes).
Participant min age needs to be 13 to run races 1, 3 or 4 and 15 to run race 2. The SI Entries validation rules only allow us to check for >15 so please contact us (using organiser email) if you are 13 or 14 and want to enter.
In order to keep the entry price (e.g. admin costs) as low as possible we do not offer cancellations, refunds or transfers.
