Welcome to an additional urban sprint event hosted by Lakeland Orienteering Club. A Long and a Short course will be available at each event.
It is intended that competitors will only run ONE course per event. Children under 16 MUST be accompanied by an adult (as per British Orienteering guidlines).
We encourage running in pairs or groups – it is a good way to start orienteering. To do this, enter the event using one person’s name, and please add the names of everyone accompanying in the ‘Additional names and ages’ box. You can request extra maps, if required.
