Rising Sun Country Park is a green oasis of 162 hectares in the heart of North Tyneside, with ponds, woodlands and extensive grasslands.
The woodlands provide interesting orienteering for courses Yellow and above.
The longer courses visit the hill in the southwest of the park, from where the views are worth the climb.
Courses White through to Blue.
