Race HQ and Start at Dalemain House, Dalemain, Penrith CA11 0HB. Free parking and toilets.
Light refreshments - hot drinks and food will be available at the start/finish in the cafe at Dalemain House.

Routes clearly marked and marshalled
10km Trail Run:
A superb scenic 2 lap course around the Dalemain estate
Start time - 11.15am
Age Limits - 15 years and over.
Medals for all entrants with 'commemorative' prizes for first 3 males/females and first 3 male/female vets
Medal presentations at approximately 1300 at the start/finish

3.5km Fun Run:
Course is just 1 lap on ground in front of Dalemain House
Start Time - 1130 am
Age Limits - 14 years & under on the day. All entrants must have a responsible adult on site.
Medals for all entrants with 'commemorative' prizes for for first 3 boys and girls.
Medal Presentations after the 10km presentations at the start/finish
