Terms and conditions of entry – Run Falmouth 2024

Run Falmouth is organised by Cornwall Hospice Care (registered charity number 1113140) and Falmouth Road Runners. It is licensed by UK Athletics  and is run according to UKA rules. It is a 2024 member of the Cornwall Glass Grand Prix Series of races.

  • To register; each person must pay the appropriate fee for their chosen entry using the SI Entries registration platform.
  • Advance registration for club affiliated runners is £20, providing their UK Athletics Affiliation Number only, and for non-affiliated runners is £22. Entries on the day are not guaranteed and will be subject to a price increase, to include a donation to the Cornwall Hospice Care.
  • Online advance registration closes on Wednesday 13th March 2024 at Midday.
  • Runners in the Half Marathon race must be 18 years or over on race day.
  • All registration fees are non-refundable. The registration fee is per person.
  • Transferring your place to another runner is self-managed via SI Entries - to defer your place to 2025 please email us. You are only allowed to defer once. Please note the deadline for deferrals and transfers will be Wednesday 13th March 2024 at midday. After this time we are unable to accept transfers or deferrals.
  • By entering Run Falmouth you agree to your name and any photographs, which may be taken of you, being used by Cornwall Hospice Care.
  • For the safety of all participants, animals are not permitted on this Half Marathon.
  • Dogs, wheelchairs, wheeled carriages and cycles are not permitted.
  • Competitors cannot be accompanied or followed, either on foot or by vehicular conveyance of any description.
  • Race numbers must be collected on the day prior to the race start.
  • No alcohol is to be consumed prior to or during the event.
  • No MP3 players, earphones or similar devices are permitted on the route, this includes bone conducting devices.
  • By registering for Run Falmouth you confirm that you are medically fit to run and understand that the organisers will not be held responsible for any injury, illness, damage or loss to you, or caused by you, however caused.
