Anglezarke Loop Challenge

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them: 

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and to observe the Country Code at all times. I have sufficient knowledge, experience, equipment and navigational skills to take part in a long distance walk in all conditions. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical condition that may cause undue concern or inconvenience to others. I confirm that I participate at my own risk and that no liability is accepted by the organisers for injury, damage or loss sustained by me before, during or after the event.

I will be over 14 years old on the day of the event. I understand that particular rules may apply to entrants taking part in this event and I undertake to make myself aware of these rules before I start.

I have declared any injuries or medical conditions which the event organisers should be aware of and if any changes to my medical declaration occur between submitting my booking and the event date, I will notify the event organisers at the earliest opportunity. Where I have declared any pre-existing injuries, I agree to only work within my own limitations and I am responsible for retiring from the event should I need to. Where I have declared any pre-existing medical conditions, I will have full responsibility of and access to any required medications during the event.

Summit Else Events has public liability insurance in place but this does not cover personal accident or third party liability. It is advised that participants take out their own personal insurance to cover for personal injury, losses or damage to personal equipment as Summit Else Events will accept no responsibility in respect of loss or damage to personal property.

Where a refund is required, this must be requested no less than 1 week before the event date. Please contact event organiser directly.
