I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:
I accept the hazards inherent in fell running and acknowledge that I am entering and running the race at my own risk
I confirm that I am aware of the rules imposed on me by the Race Organiser and that I will comply with them
I confirm that I have read and will comply with the FRA 'Requirements for runners' (click here for requirements)
I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether I have the skills, equipment and fitness to participate in this event
I accept that neither the Race Organiser nor the Fell Runners Association shall be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of participation in this race (other than in respect of death or personal injury as a result of their negligence)
I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists, and to sharing this information with trusted partner organisations (e.g. UK Athletics) for disciplinary purposes or otherwise where necessary in the interests of the sport.
I will not retire from the race before reporting back to race control or fulfilling the requirements set out in Race Brief issued shortly prior to event.
I will not tell lies to gain entry or run the race without a number or correct kit
I will not allow my number to be used by somebody else and I understand the organiser allows free substitutions upto 15/08/2025 which must be edited by me via SiEntries. The organiser will not edit name changes/substitutions.
I acknowledge that no deferrals will be allowed whatever the reason beyond 31st July 2025. Deferrals may only be carried forward one year
I consent to my image being used and published in race photos, race publicity and race video
I confirm that if I have paid for a T-shirt and it is not collected within 10 minutes of last competitor finishing, the race organiser may sell it off with 100% of proceeds going to charity. Due to the cost of pre-purchased hoodies, if you cannot collect then we will retain for 48 hours after the race and please contact race organiser to arrange collection/delivery at your expense. After this time, we will sell them with 100% of proceeds going to charity.
