Gathering Winter Fools Relay

I accept the following terms for myself. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them. I have read, understood and accepted on behalf of my Team(s) the Race Rules for this race and will ensure all participating runners are aware of these Race Rules.

In making this Entry on behalf of our team(s) I accept the hazards involved in running and acknowledge that we are entering and running this race at our own risk. Other than the Organiser’s liability for causing death or personal injury by negligence, I confirm that I understand that the Organiser accepts no liability to us for any loss or damage of any nature to us or our property arising out of our participation in this race.
