- First Light Adventure endeavour to provide a safe, risk assessed training environment both in the classroom and in the practical outdoor setting.
- Operating procedures include elements in line with latest Gov't advice on COVID-19. The delivery is adapted so that it incorporates good hygiene practices and working safely at a social distance. Each course is limited to 8 clients.
- By way of offering further reassurance to clients, if the course is unable to go ahead because of further restrictions you will be able to get a refund or transfer to a new date.
- I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this workshop, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them.
- I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct.
- I understand and agree that I participate in this workshop at my own risk.
- I agree that no liability shall be attached to the course provider, tutor or helpers in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the workshop, however caused.
- Refunds will be allowed (less booking fee) up to three weeks before the training date.
- Transfers will be allowed up to two weeks before the training date.
