I agree that by entering the Gisburn Forest Trail Race, I accept that the organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expense which may arise as a result of my participation in or attendance at the Gisburn Forest Trail Race. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the race and I accept that I participate at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the race.

Pre-ordered merchandise must be collected at registration on race day and will not be posted out after the event.
