I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

Entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age on race day.
All registration fees are non-refundable.
Entries may be transferred to another person of the same category - UKA Member / Non-Member by midday on the 25th August 2024.
Entries may be deferred to 2025 or 2026 by midday on the 25th August 2024, only one deferral will be permitted.
Dogs, wheelchairs, buggies and cycles are not permitted.
Competitors cannot be accompanied or followed on foot or by a vehicle or cycle.
Race numbers must be collected from Race HQ on the day of the event. Specific timings will be issued with the pre-race instructions.
Headphones of any description will not be permitted and use of headphones will result in disqualification.
I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists. I consent to any images taken of me being used to promote the event or Launceston Road Runners
Those entering with non-binary gender will not be eligible for race category prizes.
Launceston Road Runners reserves the right to change or amend the event if this becomes necessary. the course, race date and / or time, or make any other amendment that is deemed necessary to stage the race. In serious circumstances, this may include creating a virtual race. Any changes will be communicated to all participants as soon as possible via email. It is therefore imperative that the organisers are informed of any changes of address.
Should the event date be changed, your registration will be automatically transferred to the new date. If the new date is not acceptable entrants will be able to participate via a virtual event.
All personal details will be protected in accordance with Data Protection Act Regulations. and will only be available to legitimate parties.
All runners are required to complete the medical template on the back of their race number.
Runners should ensure that their race number is securely pinned to their chest and visible at the finish line.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Race Referee and/or the Race Director shall be final.
