Bude RATs Membership 2024-2025

I declare that I am 18 years old or over (if you are under 18 years please do not use this form, email us instead), an amateur and agree to be bound by the rules of UK Athletics and also the rules of Bude Run and Tri Club (Bude RATs), the Club Constitution, the Club Code of Conduct and the Club Policies as varied from time to time.

Running involves risks and accidents can happen.   Acceptance for membership in no way makes Bude RATs liable for illness, accident, injury or loss howsoever caused. 

By signing up for your membership you confirm that you have spoken to your medical adviser and/or GP if you have any medical conditions or injuries which may be relevant.  In accordance with the England Athletics Health and Safety Guidelines please let us know of any relevant health conditions.

By completing this form you are hereby giving Bude RATs permission to retain your personal details, share information with England Athletics, use your details for club competitions/events, share and use your contact details as necessary in emergencies and be able to contact you with relevant information regarding this club but otherwise will not be shared with any third parties.
