Hockley Trail Runners 2024/25

Declaration –  please read the declaration below and confirm that you agree.

Hockley Trail Running Leaders and Coaches are qualified leaders with UK Athletics and are willing to share their experience and enjoyment of the sport with me. I confirm that I understand that participation in this club is entirely at my own risk and should consult my own doctor if suffering from any condition that might make running injurious to my health.  I confirm that I am medically fit to run.

Data Protection
When you become a member or renew your membership with Hockley Trail Runners your membership details will be stored with SiEntries https://www.sientries.co.uk/privacy.php .  If you choose UK Athletics affiliation as part of your member Hockley Trail Runners will provide England Athletics with your personal data which they will use to enable access to an online portal for you (called myAthletics). England Athletics will contact you to invite you to sign into and update your MyAthletics portal (which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings). If you have any questions about the continuing privacy of your personal data when it is shared with England Athletics, please contact dataprotection@englandathletics.org .  The myAthletics portal is available as myathletics.englandathletics.org/portal/Members/Summary

Privacy Policy
Hockley Trail Runners will only use the information you supply for purposes of running the club and to assure your safety. Hockley Trail Runners will not pass any data to any third parties except England Athletics and SiEntries as described above.
