Children 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult rider at all times during the event. Adult riders may accompany a maximum of 2 children each (remember to enter the name of the adult rider on the child’s entry form). 

Minimum  age restrictions by distances as follows

• 30km - 8 years +
• 60km - 14 years +
• 70km - 16 years +
