I accept that all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I accept that neither that Pennine Fell Runners nor the Fell Runners Association shall be liable to me for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to me or my property arising out of my participation at this event (other than in respect of death or personal injury as a result of their negligence).

I consent to publication of my name, club, and to the sharing these details with trusted partner organisations (e.g. The Venue).

I accept to being photographed on the evening for the purpose of future publicity for the FRA Annual Presentation event.
