I accept the following terms for my own membership. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other users I am joining, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

The FRA has access to the membership information collected on our behalf by SiEntries. We use this information to send out the annual Handbook and Fixtures Calendar and Fellrunner magazines and for occasional official contact from FRA Committee members (including AGM announcements and subscription renewal notices).

The FRA will confirm your membership status to your club, to race entry services or to race organisers on request.

The FRA reserves the right to share your name and contact details with trusted partner organisations (e.g. UK Athletics) and to publish your name and basic identifying details (e.g. club, age, postal town) for disciplinary reasons, but we will never sell or otherwise distribute your name or personal information and we do not have access to bank account details.
