Solstice Sundowners

The Solstice Sundowners Ride is a self-supported event for participants over 18 years of age. By registering for and participating in the Solstice Sundowners Ride, you assume all risks associated with participation in the event, including but not limited to accidents, injury, illness, and damage to personal property. You are solely responsible for your own health and safety during the event, and agree to release and hold harmless the organisers of the Solstice Sundowners Ride, their agents, representatives, and sponsors from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event.

Participants in the Solstice Sundowners Ride are expected to be self-sufficient and to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the organisers.

The event may be canceled, postponed, or modified due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event without prior notice or liability.

Participants in the Solstice Sundowners Ride are required to have personal liability insurance which can be provided by “We are Cycling UK” or “British Cycling” and may be required to sign additional waivers or releases before participating in the event. By registering for and participating in the Solstice Sundowners Ride, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclaimer, and agree to its terms and conditions.
