I give my permission and I agree to the race conditions and can confirm my child will follow the rules of the race on the day:

• I accept the hazards inherent in running and acknowledge that my child is entering and running this race at their own risk.
• I confirm that my child will be able to follow the race rules and that he/she will comply with them.
• I confirm that I have read and agree to the details on this form.
• I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for determining whether my child has the skills equipment and fitness to participate in this event.
• I accept that neither the Race Organiser nor Looe Pioneers shall be liable to my child for any injury, loss or damage of any nature to them or their property arising out of their participation in this race.
• I consent to my child being given first aid by a trained member of staff during this activity.
• I can confirm my child is well; has no symptoms of COVID-19; has not had COVID-19 in the last 14 days and has not had any direct contact with a positive case during the last 7 days.
• The event organisers reserve the right to cancel the run in the event of extreme weather conditions, for the safety of all participants. Due to the nature of the course, very strong winds and heavy rain can create a risk if present. If cancellation is required, notice will be given as soon as possible via social media and email.
