I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and to observe the Country Code at all times. I have sufficient knowledge, experience, equipment and navigational skills to take part in a long distance walk in all conditions. I confirm that I am in good health and am fit and able enough to take part in this event.  I have no medical condition that may cause undue concern or inconvenience to others.

I will be over 18 years old on the day of the event or will have the signature of my parent or guardian to confirm permission to attend. I understand that particular rules may apply to entrants taking part in this event and I undertake to make myself aware of these rules before I start.

DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT:

I understand that the personal information submitted on this entry form will be held by the event organisers and retained securely for up to seven years after the event is held for the purposes of managing this event only. 

I accept that photographs or videos are likely to be taken at the event, which may be featured in Strider magazine, group newsletters, on LDWA websites and on LDWA social media. I understand this will be held in perpetuity and I have the right to request deletion where it is physically possible for the LDWA to do so.

I understand that my personal data may be published immediately and may be held in perpetuity for the purposes of providing a record of the event. I have the right to request that all my personal data be anonymised or removed where it is possible for the LDWA to do so.
