Carnethy Hill Running Club

Carnethy Hill Running Club ("Running Club") and Carnethy Hill Racing Club ("Racing Club") are both companies limited by guarantee, incorporated in Scotland with registered numbers SC492072 and SC492075 respectively and both having it's registered office at 35 Damhead Holdings, Pentland Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH10 7EA. As a member of Carnethy Hill Running Club I shall be liable to a maximum of £1 (one pound) for the liabilities of the Running Club for up to one year after I cease to be a member of the Running Club. If I select Racing Club membership I shall be a member of both the Running Club and the Racing Club and shall be liable to a maximum of £1 (one pound) for the liabilities of each the Running Club and the Racing Club for up to one year after I cease to be a member of the respective club.

I agree to photos or digital images taken of me at Carnethy events to be made available on the Carnethy Hill Running Club website.

I agree to my personal data (name, email, telephone, NOT address) given on this form to be held by the membership secretary of Carnethy Hill Running Club and to be distributed to other members for purposes of the club.

I agree to photos or digital images of my family members who are under 16 years of age to be made available on the Carnethy Hill Running Club website.
