Runners have 3.30 hours to complete the Pink Moon.
Any runner who is, in the opinion of the race directors or marshals, unfit to continue will be withdrawn from the race. THEIR DECISION IS FINAL.
You must log in with the marshals at the checkpoint.
You must notify a marshal at the first instance if you decide to retire from the event. Once you retire from the event, your race number must be surrendered and you will not be allowed to continue.
Do not drop any litter.
Respect other users of the countryside, fellow competitors and marshals.
No dogs allowed (the race insurance doesn't cover dog related incidents).
Runners must be aged 18 or over on race day

Decent trainers appropriate for a variety of trail conditions

Refunds / Transfers
Refunds less £5 admin fee will be possible up until 1st March 2025.
If the organisers are forced to cancel the event for any reason, a new date will be established and all entries will be carried forward. If no alternative date is available, all entries will be carried forward to the next year.
Additionally we recommend you take out 'Booking Protect' as we do not offer refunds or deferrals beyond 1st April 2025.
You are able to transfer (sell) your entry to another runner up until 5th April 2025. However it is your responsibility to make sure that the entry details are updated to that of the new runner.
