The TFG Beer & Pudding Trail Races

I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

a) I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. 

b) I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk and that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards. 

c) I am aware that the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. 

d) I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

e) I declare that I have read the events Important Information on the Trails For Good website and am fully aware of what is and is not included in my entry fee. 

f) I accept that Trails For Good have the right to deny or cease my participation in this event, without a refund, should I fail to follow the race rules set out in the race instructions document.

g) I consent to the publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

h) I accept that by taking part in a Trails For Good event my image may be captured in event photographs, film, video and other media and give permission for it to be used in promotional or advertising materials. 

i) I accept that event refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on an individual basis by Trails For Good management.
