By submitting this entry, I confirm my acceptance of the following terms for my participation. Additionally, I accept these terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering, all of whom have been provided a copy of these terms and agree to them:

1. Declaration of Information
   I declare that the information provided on this form is accurate and complete.

2. Personal Responsibility
   I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk. I acknowledge my responsibility to deal with all hazards appropriately and to ride in a manner that ensures safety for myself and others.

3. Event Conditions

• I understand that marshals are present solely to indicate direction and that it is my responsibility to determine if a movement is safe, particularly on public highways.

• I accept that no liability shall be attached to the promoter, organizing club, sponsors, or any affiliated members for injury, loss, or damage incurred by me during or as a result of the event.

4. Bike Insurance Recommendation
   I acknowledge that handling of bikes during the event may involve risks, and I strongly recommend securing appropriate bike insurance to cover any potential damage or loss.

5. Data Consent
   I consent to the publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time, and race position in pre-entry and results lists.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
   User cancellations and refunds are not supported for this event. Please refer to the full Event Terms & Conditions for further details.
