Runners must be at least 16 years old for the Senior Race. The organisers cannot accept any liability for any accident or injuries.

By entering the Race I confirm that I shall carry all safety equipment stipulated by the Race Organiser and that I am fit to take part in this event.

I realise I am responsible for my own safety during this event. I understand that this race is held in accordance with the rules of UK Athletics and Scottish Athletics

I accept that any loss, injury or damage occurring to me during this race is in no way the responsibility of the Race Organiser, Race Volunteers or Landowners.
