IMPORTANT:  This section must be completed by entrants or by a parent/guardian if the entrant is under 18.

I hereby declare that I am medically fit to compete and that I will not hold the organisers responsible for any injury, illness or loss to my person or property caused and understand that I participate at my own risk.

I also agree that photographs taken during the event by official event photographers may be used in the event marketing literature.

I certify that the above particulars are correct. 

Condition of Entry - Local Events:

  1. If I wish to enter on the day (without completing this online registration), I understand I will have to pay a gate fee upon arrival, this will allow me to enter any events on the day (subject to scheduling).
  2. All competitors must check in at the secretary’s tent between 9:30am and 10:00am on the day (except under 8’s who register on the start line).
  3. Please check the Games website for the definition of the local area and schools.
  4. Competitors must wear an official race number.
  5. If insufficient numbers enter an event, the committee reserve the right to cancel the event.
  6. When not in competition— in the interest of health and safety all competitors must remain in the designated areas.
  7. The Judges decision is final.
  8. Female category definition: For women assigned Female at birth.

Conditions of Entry - Open Events :

  1. If I wish to enter on the day (without completing this online registration), I understand I will have to pay a gate fee upon arrival, this will allow me to enter any events on the day (subject to scheduling).
  2. Entries on the day will not receive a handicap for handicap events and will be required to run from scratch.
  3. Competitors under 15 years ( born after 01/09/10) are not permitted to compete in senior open events.
  4. Competitors must declare their intentions to compete prior to competition.
  5. Competitors must wear an official race number
  6. Competitors competing in all Heavy Events must wear a Kilt.
  7. It is not possible for a competitor to enter the Heavy Events and the Track & Field Events.
  8. If insufficient numbers enter an event the committee reserve the right to cancel the event.
  9. When not in competition - in the interests or health and safety - all competitors must remain in the designated areas.
  10. Female category definition: For women assigned Female at birth.
  11. Heavy Events are held under RSHGA Rules, Track & Field Events are held under SAL Rules.
  12. The Judges decision shall be final.
  13. Unless specified elsewhere, all online entries will close by Wednesday 20th August 2025 and must be received by the Games Secretary

Conditions of Entry - Piping Events:

  1. If I wish to enter on the day (without completing this online registration), I understand I will have to pay a gate fee upon arrival, this will allow me to enter any events on the day (subject to scheduling)
  2. Closing time for entries on the field is 10:30am (senior & juniors) and 2pm (chanter & under 13’s)
  3. All competitors must register first at the Secretary's Tent then with the Piping Convenor.
  4. Starting time for all entries on the field is 11am (senior & juniors) & 2pm (chanter & under 13’s)
  5. Prior to the draw being made, the Solo Piping Convenor’s decision is final and following the draw, the judges decision is final.
  6. Please check the Games website for the definition of the local area.
  7. Appropriate Highland Dress must be worn by all competitors.
  8. No competitor can enter more than one age category.
