I accept the following terms for my own entry. I also accept the terms on behalf of any other participants I am entering in this event, all of whom have been provided with a copy of these terms and accept them:

I declare that the information on this form is complete and correct. I understand and agree that I participate in this event at my own risk, that I must rely on my own ability in dealing with all hazards and that I must ride in a manner which is safe for myself and all others. I am aware that when riding in an event and particularly when riding on a public highway the function of the marshals is only to indicate direction and that I must decide if the movement is safe. I agree that no liability whatsoever shall be attached to the promoter, promoting club, meeting sponsor(s) or member of the promoting club in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by me on or by reason of the event, however caused.

I consent to publication of my name, club, race category, race number, finishing time and race position in race pre-entry and results lists.

Refund and Cancellation Policy - 2025 Series

1. General Policy
   - We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring the success of our event. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for participants of Scottish Enduro Series events.
2. Cancellation by Participant
   - Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event registration closing date will receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of 20%. 
   - Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the event registration closing date for the event will not be eligible for a refund. 
   - Transfer of registration to another participant can be made via SiEntries Sell Entry procedure. Transfers are subject to 20% admin fee.
3. Event Cancellation by Organizer
   - If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns), participants may request a refund. Any processing fees incurred will be deducted.
   - The event organizers may offer a deferral to a future event in place of a refund. This option will be communicated via the email used for registrations.
4. Race Modifications
   - The organizers reserve the right to modify the race format, course, or schedule due to safety concerns or other unforeseen events. No refunds will be issued as a result of race modifications.
   - If the event is postponed, all registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. Participants unable to attend the new date may request a full refund less booking fee within 7 days of the new date being communicated by the organisers.
5. No-Show Policy
   - Participants who fail to attend the event without prior cancellation notice will forfeit their entry fee and will not be eligible for a refund or deferral.
6. Refund Processing
   - All refunds will processed by SiEntries in accordance with applicable terms & conditions.

By registering for Scottish Enduro Series events, participants acknowledge and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
