We can always tell people how good we are but it's much better coming from people who use SiEntries, so don’t ask us … ask any of the Organisers who use SiEntries!
We have used the SiEntries system for over 3 years for our Enduro mountain bike race series that takes place in up to 5 different venues throughout Ireland. This year we finally got to use the SPORTident (sister company of SiEntries) timing system that we bought from SiEntries. It was so good to be back racing outside again, and even more enjoyable to have the help and support of SiEntries.
Whatever the issue, change, adjustment, problem, SiEntries were always quick, able and willing to make any changes. The staff could not be more efficient, clear, helpful and often went above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with us.
It’s a very efficient and professional system that goes right from the start of creating an event, through on-line registration, change of entries, download of start lists, programming race timing tags, reading finished competitors times, to the end of uploading live times to the SPORTident website.
In particular Martin and his team were a big help and very understanding when refunding entries of events cancelled due to Covid-19. We look forward to working with all of the SiEntries and SPORTident staff for the 2022 race series.
The team at SiEntries are truly at the top of their game. Selling entries is the lifeblood of an event organiser, and it is a constant reassurance that there is such a professional and effective team able to promptly respond to our most testing requests year-round. Thanks in earnest to you all.
The JK has used SiEntries and the SPORTident results service for 10 out of the last 12 years, and for good reason. With over 2000 participants on each of four days, many individual and relay entry classes and options, plus sale of merchandise and charitable donations, taking entries is no simple matter. However you have clearly invested in the system, it looks professional to the end user on all devices, it has the flexibility to cope with all our entry options, it offers many features and reports to the event organiser, and your staff were very helpful in setting up the event. You then went above and beyond when our event - like many others - sadly had to be cancelled this year, efficiently dealing with the refund process. I would not hesitate in recommending it SiEntries to organisers of other events of a similar scale.
The Saunders Lakeland Mountain Marathon has worked with SiEntries and SPORTident for 17 of our 41 years existence.

Having entered many races through SiEntries, it wasn't a difficult choice for us to use that system for our entries on the Mini Mountain Marathon 4-hour score event and I must say it has been a really good system as a race organiser as well. It is very flexible, allows you to tailor and change the event information yourself and we actually got quite 'addicted' to checking the dashboard to see how our entries for our first races were doing. The number of entries for the first race was higher than expected, partly through our social media efforts, but definitely also because of the wide reach of SiEntries and the race mailings. Now having all FRA members on the system makes that reach even wider.
Charlie and I just wanted to say a very big thank you for your time and help over the last couple of days. The agility that you guys showed in pulling everything together was a treat to experience – it’s nice to know there are folk out there who operate in that way.
In the time I have been using SiEntries, I have found the site has all the features I need to set up my entry page. It is easy to navigate, and in the instances where I can't find how to do something, I have had very fast responses to emails, with excellent help provided. I would recommend SiEntries to any race organiser

I have used SiEntries and SPORTident since 2009. From my very first dealings with them, when I was feeling my way on how to create a successful event, the team at SiEntries/SPORTident have been brilliant.

I wanted to say a big thanks for SiEntries. Since we switched over from a rival on-line entry system I’ve been nothing but impressed at your system. You have thought through every permutation of what a race organiser is ever likely to want to do, reflecting the fact that you yourselves have organised many races!
Features that work particularly well for our race (one of the biggest hill races in Scotland) are: options to enter on a first come first serve basis (this worked well until the race got too popular and was full within 30 mins!) and now we use the ‘pre-selection lists’ instead, which works a treat for over-subscribed races. The ability to enter someone via an SiEntries ID (meaning the competitor is responsible for entering all their details correctly, not the organiser), the way one competitor can enter other competitors (good for folk that are on holiday/don’t have internet access etc), the way competitors can swap places directly between themselves without requiring any input from the organiser, the fact that the system is flexible and can be over-ridden if necessary to manually enter someone for whatever reason (again just using their SiEntries ID). I also like the way you get a full Demo system to play with and tune to check everything is right before it’s switched over to Live. All in all, we are very happy and have recommended you for other races further afield.

Just a quick note to say thank you for all your help with the Sw80K Festival. We found you really easy to work with and your service provided peace of mind and value for money. The event was a big success for us, raising funds to keep our Centre open and allowing us to provide educational services to children from deprived areas. We will definitely make this an annual event and look forward to working with you in the future.
We'd love to use your system site and system again please. It was a brilliant service last year. Immediate response to queries, immediately implemented our requests and faultless timing equipment.
I organise the Applecross Duathlon and have been using SiEntries for many years. It is a brilliant system. As the event has grown it would have become impossible to run without SiEntries.
We used SiEntries for the first time when our race was an English Championship event in 2019, with over 300 entrants. So pleased were we with the SiEntries system we decided to use it the following year and even for an event that can get less than 100 entrants we think it's great value for money, taking a huge burden of work off the organiser and ensuring an accurate and accountable way of tracking entrants. Furthermore the SiEntries team have, without fail, been great at replying quickly and efficiently to email and phone call enquiries. We have absolute confidence in SiEntries and will continue to use them for our event.
Lakeland branch of the Long Distance Walkers Association are delighted with the service we receive from SiEntries. In particular, with the very trying times of the COVID pandemic it has been great to have an organisation that has gone far beyond the call of duty to help us unravel events that had to be cancelled or postponed. We have managed to do so without causing any harm to our reputation and indeed have had the help and guidance to create something good from the bad situation. Because of SiEntries help we have been able to be flexible with participants offering refund/carry forward or donation options. By this initiative we have raised over £1,000 in donations which were given to local charities linked to our walking hobbies.
